It’s National Cheesecake Day!
Mr. Roger loves a good, old-fashioned cheesecake with its creamy, cheesy goodness and crumbly, graham cracker crust. I think I’ll be making a stop at the local grocery store for the ingredients in the simple yet delicious-looking “Busy Day” Lemon Cheesecake recipe. Or maybe head down to The Cheesecake Factory (all slices half off today only!). Hmmmm…which slice do I want? The new Oreo Dream Extreme? Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake? Key Lime Cheesecake?
